This view point is situated at a height of 3,400 feet above sea level in the Eastern Ghats near Paderu. The viewpoint has unique characteristic which is the beautiful cloud dormations and atmospheric conditions. It is called the Megha Samudram as the sun emerged behind the ddense clouds between the peaks of two hills.

This hill station experiences remarkable weather patterns that contribute to its charm. The sunrise experience at Vanjangi represents the crown jewel of its attractions. Visitors often start their trek early in the morning to witness the sunrise views, which has become the primary reason to attract visitors. 

It is best to visit the magical atmosphere in Vanjangi during the winter months, from December to January. During this period, the combination of cool temperatures, thick fog, and clear skies create perfect conditions for witnessing the famous sunrise above the clouds and experiencing the hill station's most dramatic natural phenomena.

How To Reach:

The trekking point of Vanjangi view point is located at a distance of around 8.8 KM from Paderu bus stand. You can reach the trekking point by taking a local auto or bus. And from there, you can trek to view point.
