1. About these terms

BestBus.in (“BestBus”, “we”, “us”) is a travel desk that helps you book bus tickets, tour packages, hotels, amusement-park tickets and vehicle rentals. By using this website, our WhatsApp or phone desk, or booking any service through us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our role

For most services BestBus acts as a booking agent. The journey, stay, park visit or vehicle is provided by an independent operator — a bus operator, hotel, park or transport provider — whose own rules, timings and terms also apply to your booking. Where we run a tour or rental ourselves, we say so on the booking page.

3. Bookings & confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and we send you a ticket, voucher or written confirmation on WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• Please check passenger names, ages, travel dates, routes, boarding and dropping points before you pay. Changes after confirmation depend on the operator and may carry a charge.
• Seat numbers, room types and vehicle models are allotted by the operator and may occasionally change for operational reasons.

4. Prices & payments

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The amount shown on the review screen is the amount you pay.
• Prices and availability can change until your booking is confirmed. Offers and coupon codes carry their own conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.
• Payments are processed by secure third-party gateways (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We never store your full card details.
• If a payment is debited but the booking fails, the amount is refunded automatically to the same payment method.

5. Bus tickets

• Reach the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure with your ticket (printed or on your phone) and a valid government photo ID.
• Departure and arrival times are the operator’s estimates; delays caused by traffic, weather or breakdowns are outside our control.
• Luggage allowance, pets, smoking and alcohol rules are set by the operator. The operator may refuse travel to anyone who is unruly or unsafe.

6. Tour packages

• The package page lists exactly what is included and excluded. Anything not listed — entry fees, meals, personal expenses, tips — is extra.
• Itineraries may be adjusted on the day for weather, darshan or temple timings, road conditions or local restrictions, keeping the trip as close to plan as possible.
• Guests must follow the dress codes and rules of temples and attractions visited.

7. Hotels & amusement parks

• Check-in and check-out times, ID requirements, extra-guest charges and house rules are those of the hotel.
• Park tickets are valid only for the date and category booked. Ride availability, height and health restrictions are set by the park.

8. Vehicle rentals

• Rental fares are based on the kilometres, hours and route agreed at booking. Extra kilometres, extra hours, tolls, parking, state permits and driver night charges are payable as stated in your quote.
• The vehicle is for the passengers and route booked. Overloading, illegal use or damage caused by passengers may be charged.

9. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation windows, charges and refund timelines depend on the service and the operator. Our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Refunds always go back to the original payment method.

10. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate details, carry valid ID and any documents your trip needs, arrive on time, and use the site lawfully. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or make fraudulent bookings. We may cancel bookings we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or made in breach of these terms.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BestBus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, traffic, strikes, breakdowns, pandemics or orders of authorities. Where we are liable, our responsibility for a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We will always help you take up a problem with the operator.

12. Privacy

We use your details only to make and support your bookings and to keep you informed about them. Read our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and protect your information.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book applies to that booking. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
